Commercial Cleaning

 

  Geneal Cleaning Task:

  • Dusting all surfaces including desks, chairs, tables, shelves, and cabinets.
  • Wiping down and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting communal areas such as reception areas, waiting rooms, and break rooms.
  • Emptying and sanitizing waste bins and replacing liners.
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs, including spot cleaning as needed.
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors, including entryways and corridors.
  • Dusting and cleaning baseboards, windowsills, and ledges.
  • Cleaning and polishing glass surfaces such as windows, doors, and partitions.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting office equipment such as phones, computers, keyboards, and printers.
  • Removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

  Restroom Cleaning:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, and countertops.
  • Refilling soap dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, and paper towel holders.
  • Restocking toilet paper and ensuring there are enough supplies available.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting mirrors.
  • Mopping floors with disinfectant cleaner.
  • Emptying and sanitizing trash receptacles and replacing liners.

  Kitchen/Break Room Cleaning:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen countertops, sinks, faucets, and appliances.
  • Wiping down tables and chairs.
  • Cleaning microwave inside and out.
  • Washing dishes or loading them into the dishwasher.
  • Cleaning refrigerator interiors and exteriors.
  • Emptying and sanitizing trash bins and replacing liners.
  • Refilling coffee, tea, and other beverage supplies.
  • Wiping down and sanitizing vending machines

 Specialized Cleaning Tasks (As Needed):

  • Carpet cleaning using steam cleaners or shampooers.
  • Upholstery cleaning for chairs, couches, and fabric partitions.
  • Hard floor maintenance such as buffing, waxing, or refinishing.
  • Window cleaning, including exterior windows if accessible.
  • Deep cleaning of conference rooms before or after meetings.
  • Sanitizing shared office equipment and high-touch surfaces during flu season or health emergencies.

  Additional Services (As Requested):

  • Restocking janitorial and cleaning supplies.
  • Providing restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
  • Removing trash and recycling materials from the premises.
  • Providing special event cleaning services for office parties or meetings.
